Oso Sweet Stuffed Onion Cups

Serves 6

Ingredients

2 large
Oso Sweet Onions
3 large
Chicken Breasts (cooked & shredded)
8 oz. Cream Cheese (1 package)
1 pkg Ranch Mix
1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt

Preparation

Stuffing:
Combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch and wing sauce.

 

Onion:
2 large Oso onions peel skin, cut off top, cut through to center,
removing core. Use two layers of onions to create an onion cup.

 

Batter:
Combine 1 egg, 1 c. milk, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt.

 

Dip onion cups into batter and deep fry approximately 15 minutes. Spoon stuffing into onion cups. Serve warm
