Ingredients
2 large |
Oso Sweet Onions |
3 large |
Chicken Breasts (cooked & shredded) |
| 8 oz. | Cream Cheese (1 package) |
| 1 pkg | Ranch Mix |
| 1/4 cup | Buffalo Wing Sauce |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| 1 cup | Flour |
| 1 tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
Preparation
Stuffing:
Combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch and wing sauce.
Onion:
2 large Oso onions peel skin, cut off top, cut through to center,
removing core. Use two layers of onions to create an onion cup.
Batter:
Combine 1 egg, 1 c. milk, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt.
Dip onion cups into batter and deep fry approximately 15 minutes. Spoon stuffing into onion cups. Serve warm
