Oso Sweet® Onion Chicken Ranch Pizza Bread

Serves 4
Ingredients
1 each |
OSO Sweet® Onion, sliced thin |
1 tablespoon |
Vegetable Oil |
| 2 oz. | Balsamic Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
| To taste | Salt & Pepper |
| 2 each | Chicken Breast, cooked and sliced thin |
| 4 slices | Mozzarella Cheese |
| 4 slices | Provolone Cheese |
| 1 cup | Ranch Dressing |
| 1 each | French Bread - 9" (2 halves) |
Preparation
In a skillet – heat oil. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes until onions are cooked. Add balsamic vinegar and sugar – cook for 10 minutes until vinegar has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble Pizza Bread
Slice French bread in half - lengthwise
Cover each side of bread with ranch dressing
Place sliced chicken and onions on top of dressing
Layer provolone and mozzarella cheese
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza is hot. Slice each bread into 4 slices.
