Meet the Judge!
Chef Wong will be judging all recipe entries for the It’s All In the Onion Challenge. Wong has been featured in several national publications, including; Gourmet Magazine, Southern Living, Conde Nast Travelers Magazine, USA Today, The Washingtonian, National Business Restaurant News, Restaurant Business, Chef’s Magazine, The South- The Beautiful Cookbook, and Top Secrets of Resort and Hotel Chefs. He has been a Guest Chef Instructor and speaker at La Varenne at The Greenbrier, Cornell University, James Madison University, West Virginia University, Culinary Institute of America, Johnson and Wales, Viking Culinary Arts Center, and Magnolia’s Culinary Academy, just to name a few. Chef Wong is currently the Executive Chef and Owner of the Bridge Road Bistro, located in Charleston, West Virginia.
